Alexis’ background in finance and business has given her a unique perspective on how to represent her client's interests in the real estate world. She knows that every property is an investment, and works to ensure that her clients are getting the best deal possible, always keeping their financial interests top of mind.

Born and raised in Westlake Village to a family of land developers, Alexis is deeply familiar with the process of land purchase and homebuilding. She has a deep-seated appreciation for architecture and design, as well as a nuanced understanding of the intricacies and challenges of building a home from the ground up. Alexis’ passion for real estate, building, remodeling, and interior and landscape design all contribute to her strong local network of financiers, contractors, and designers.

A seasoned real estate investor herself, Alexis purchased several different homes in Venice and Mar Vista—remodeling and redesigning each property—before settling in Pacific Palisades in 2010, where she took on an intensive home renovation.

“I have so much knowledge about the local real estate market and have—through my own experiences—developed a strong instinct for identifying a great property,” says Alexis. “I can see potential when it’s there, and, contrastingly, can see possible issues as well. The bottom line is, I’m here to guide and coach my clients to make a choice that’s best for them. And I’ll be there with them through every step of the process.”
