About Alexis Paige Weiner

Alexis became interested in real estate at a young age when she tagged along with her architect father to open houses and home tours. Since beginning her career as a REALTOR® in 2014, she's helped many of her clients find their place in Houston through her relationships with local builders, developers, and investors. Her diverse portfolio contains listings for almost any taste, be it a home with a history or brand-new construction. Her industry connections have sometimes enabled her to find off-market properties for clients who want to build but haven't found a listing they prefer.

When a client is interested in buying a home, especially if they are new to the experience, Alexis likes to educate them on the ins and outs of what to expect. By beginning this way, she is able to make the process as easy as possible for her clients, taking the stress off of their shoulders so they can focus on finding the home they will love. Open and honest communication is key to maintaining this smooth homebuying process, which is why Alexis makes sure she is available for her clients whenever they need her.

When it comes to selling, Alexis treats every one of her listings like it's a million-dollar home. From creative marketing strategies driven by beautiful high-quality photography to extensive social media exposure on every major platform, she makes sure her clients have their best foot forward so they can find their buyers.

Alexis has a passion for fitness cultivated from ten years spent as a gymnast. When she's not practicing yoga, you can find her taking a pilates or spin class from time to time. These passions have also led Alexis to explore the world of food; whether she's dining out at Houston's most acclaimed restaurants or cooking for herself or friends at home, Alexis finds joy in discovering new dishes. She also continues to educate herself as a REALTOR®, having so far earned both the Accredited Buyer's Representative and the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (AHLS) certifications.
