Highly experienced in working with out-of-state and foreign buyers, she is patient and persistent at cultivating long-term relationships while familiarizing her clientele with the local market and finding the right property for them. “Most of my buyers are out of state/country, but they trust me to provide honest feedback and advice, sometimes opting to make offers sight unseen. Sometimes I am a bit too honest, but I would rather find the right fit for my clients than rush them into something. My clients know I am always here for them and will connect them with whoever they need throughout the buying process and after closing, whether it is a mortgage broker, interior designer, or a plumber”.
Originally from Minsk, Belarus, Alena moved to Miami in 2009 and attended Miami International Institute of Art and Design. With a background in design, civil engineering, and hospitality, she has always known real estate was something she wanted to pursue. Alena has proudly been serving the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, and Sunny Isles Beach areas for the last five years.
Alena loves spending time with her husband Nick and their dog Tiger when she is not working. She likes to read, is a fitness fanatic, and lives to check new things off her bucket list.
