Ale, as she likes to be called, started her career as a real estate agent in Santiago, Chile. She worked for one of the biggest real estate brokerages in the country, where her only task was to get new listings. She quickly learned how to get listings from the most exclusive areas in Santiago. Later, she joined a boutique real estate brokerage, where she learned the importance of working as a team, getting exclusive listings, and becoming an outstanding real estate agent. Her passion for aesthetics and design led her to open her own real estate brokerage, where she could contribute to her clients with staging services to sell properties faster and in a more professional process.

Ale is a person who thrives on challenges and works hard to achieve her dreams. She completed her High School education in Pennsylvania, following which she pursued her Interior Design degree in New York and Chile. After undertaking several renovation projects for both hotels and private homes in Santiago, Ale decided to move to Milan, Italy, to study at Istituto Marangoni.

Ale has a keen interest in self-development courses, books, and events, which she enjoys attending to further her knowledge and skills. She believes in sharing her knowledge and experience with others to help them achieve their goals, which is what motivated her to move to the United States.

In her free time, Ale loves spending quality time with her family, comprising her daughter, husband, sister, nieces, mom, and two adorable dogs. They enjoy exploring new places in Florida, visiting the beach, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
