Having lived all around Los Angeles, including in Beverly Hills, Mid-Wilshire, Burbank, Hollywood, Encino and Woodland Hills, Aleccsa is intimately familiar with every pocket of the city and loves leveraging her deep-rooted knowledge to help families find the perfect home where they can create their best memories.

Real estate runs in the family for Aleccsa. Growing up in New York City and Beverly Hills, she would often spend an afternoon browsing nearby listings online and imagining the potential of each property. In 2020, Aleccsa made her first foray into real estate, co-investing in several short-term rentals alongside her family. Aleccsa gained invaluable first-hand experience overseeing the construction, interior design and day-to-day management of these properties. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the business, and soon Aleccsa began pursuing her license while learning the ins and outs of the industry under the mentorship of a broker.
When Aleccsa isn’t touring properties with clients and negotiating contracts, she can usually be found spending time with loved ones, including her Maltipoo, Olive. Aleccsa and her family make a point of getting together for monthly game nights. Aleccsa also stays active, working out, playing tennis, snowboarding and practicing flying trapeze.
